A huge thank you to Jean François and Véronique for the most magical of stays. From the amazing welcome bag of goodies which included eggs from their chickens, homemade beer, fresh bread and orange juice to the lovely local bottle of white wine which was chilling in the fridge when we arrived. The gite was immaculately clean with plenty of towels, plus extras for the pool. The layout is open plan and the view is divine as you can sit on the balcony having an apéro or look out the kitchen window down into the valley - breathtaking! The peace and tranquility of the gite is like no other and yet there are so many places to visit, all within an hour so its easy to have an activity in the morning before spending the afternoon by the heated pool. We loved the pool and the children loved it even more At the pool there are plenty of beds and seats to relax in and a big sun umbrella for those who need to find some shade. The photo's on the website do not do this 'home away from home' justice as it is more beautiful in reality. We will be back and for longer next time

Another fantastic holiday at our favourite Gite in the whole of France & believe me we have stayed in Many. The icing on the cake is always being greeted by J-F, V & family as long lost friends - truly a wonderful place & people xx

The living accommodation is open plan and very comfortable. There is a large balcony for out door dining and with fantastic far reaching views across beautiful countryside. It is very peaceful and relaxing and a great place to unwind with plenty of interesting places to visit nearby.
The owners are very helpful without being intrusive.
It was great to arrive at the Gite to find some basic supplies of food and drink.
A wonderful experience and one of the best Gites we have stayed in.

Jean Francois and Veronique were most welcoming. How nice it was to arrive to a fridge full of home produced and local goodies which saved having to shop for our first meal. The gite is absolutely delightful set high up in the village with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped and has everything one needs for a most enjoyable stay.

We have been coming here since J-F, V & family, whom we now regard as friends, first bought Les 4 Cheminees. Why ? because they & their Gite are simply the best we have experienced out of the 50 or so hols we have had in France over the years.
They are a wonderful, dedicated couple to whom nothing is too much trouble. Their Site is always immaculately presented & once again we have had a fantastic, marvellous 3 week vacation - in fact their are insufficient superlatives in the English language to adequately describe our experiences here. It is simply second to none as is their extremely generous welcome pack which far exceeds those basic necessities provided by owners elsewhere.
