The interior of the house is spread over two levels (total area of 66m ²). It has 2 separate bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
The ground floor comprises a bright and spacious (35m2) living / dining room with fireplace, sofas, flat-screen TV, DVD player, internet access (wireless) and library area.
The living room communicates with the terrace which make it easy for outside lunch outside.
The US type kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker etc ...).
The master bedroom (12m²) has a private bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet, towel heater), a double "Queen Size" bed (160 x 200cm) and a storage cupboard.
The ground floor also has a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the second floor the attic room (11.5 m²) is equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 200cm), a drawer and a wardrobe.
On request, we can provide baby equipment (bed, high chair) or an extra bed for a child.
A laundry room accessible from the outside of the house is equipped with a sink, a washing machine and a second fridge.
To make your holiday easier, we provide a barbecue, two adult bikes (you can rent bikes in addition to St Gengoux or Buxy) and some essential elements to start your stay (garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, products for cleaning, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc ...)
